The official announcement confirms that Ebontharn is part of the base game and follows Odin in Act 8. It does not publish a complete quest walkthrough or a boss-drop table, so this page does not fill those gaps with guesses.
What changed in Hero Siege Season 10
Act 8 is now free and part of the normal campaign path. The launch announcement also confirms new side zones, 24 unique items, more Ether and Incarnation nodes, three Uber bosses, Relic Storage, and four newly free classes: Marauder, Plague Doctor, Shield Lancer, and Jötunn.

Hero Siege Season 10 patch notes: 7.0.2
The first post-launch patch raised Hero Siege Abyssal Chest magic find to 24% on Inferno and 35% on Hell. It also added Act 9 quest NPC indicators and minimap guidance, then fixed several market and stability issues.
