Vex
A+7% Mana stolen per Hit — Level 55 socketable rune
Before socketing
This is a historical rune reference, not a current-patch tier recommendation. The record lists Vex at level 55. Check both your item's socket rules and the current tooltip before committing it. An offensive bonus, a resource bonus, and a defensive bonus solve different problems; compare the alternatives below against the limitation you are actually encountering.
